Can you tell me a little bit of your new mini CD called "Story Of Pain", what are your main reason for releasing this CD?
After the release of "Point Of No Return" 1997 the band was not longer agree about the musical adjustment, we had lost our drummer and singer. We have start again up from zero, new members searched (and found), new Songs written. With "Story Of Pain" we acknowledged in publicity. That was the main reason. It means also as promotion, in order to make fans, labels, press and all other media attentive on us.

You appeared with the song "Story Of Pain" on the ROCK HARD Compilation "Unerhört!". How has the response been after this appearing?
The "Unerhört!" CD is not only a compilation, but also a competition, with that the readers select their favourite song per Internet. We just won this competition!
We got many positive reactions, from fans, from Fanzines, also from labels. For us this appearing was a full success!

Are you in talk with any labels concerning a new record deal, or?
Yes, but nothing is concrete at the moment.

After you did the mini-CD "Point Of No Return" in 1997, the band nearly broke down. What really did happening with the band and the members?
We had concerned on one point of low, after our drummer and our singer had left us, that is correct. It however never was in discussion to dissolve the group. We separated and continued with new members, that's all.

How is it to start from scratch again, after you already have been signed to a label?
Positive, really. All is well at the moment, we get along together, get very good resonances. We look confidently into the future!

What do you think about the AFM Label?
Nothing, what shall we think? It’s a german True Metal Label, where we had been under contract for an album and a mini-CD, which was an important thing for us at that time. But that’s over and our minds are not directed into the past. We ever look straight forward!

Are you going to tour some in support of your new CD, if so where and with who?
Which concerns a "right" tour, we have to be waiting any times, it depends a bit short on a label partner in the future. But in any case we play in the interlude of Destruction as price for we have won the "Unerhört!" competition (5.5. Bochum; 6.5. Würzburg; 7.5. Ludwigsburg all in Germany). Furthermore we play on 7.4. with our friends Warhead in Bischofswerda/Ger and on 17.6. in Nordhausen/Ger with Knorkator.

What do you think about the metal scene these days? Many people are starting to say that there are too many bands and releases coming out, what do you think?
That's different. On the one hand it is good that there are as many different styles and directions, on the other hand nowadays no one knows, what he should buy and what better not. We see it nevertheless positive.Through the excess everyone pays more attention to quality, good and continuous groups always implement itself. Thus the scene finally cleans itself, that in former times not always was like that. Pays attention to the fact how many 80's-year Bands reform at present, only to get a piece of the cake, those already in former times actually nobody needed. Their name is still only well-known, because in former times there was not so many groups and one always belonged with Heavy Metal to a fringe group, which considered itself for an elite still at that time.

What type of music, groups, releases are catching your attention these days?
Too many, to enumerate all. We like acts like Queensryche, Dream Theater, but also like AC/DC, Black Sabbath, Iron Maiden, Judas Priest and so on. We are six members and our taste crosses over nearly all styles of music, you can imagine. Everyone of us has his own favourites.

Are any of the band members involved in any other groups or projects?
Yes. Ekky, Flecke and Joe are professional musicians and plays in different projects, Ralle is involved besides in a blues project and another. Ron is planning a side-project. But the main thing for all is Factory Of Art.

How will you describe your music and style to us?
It’s Heavy Metal with progressive elements. We are open-minded for all influences, which are good-faced to Factory Of Art.

What are your plans for the near future?
We are working on the next album at the moment. It will be a concept-album with the advanced title "The Tempter". When the recording sessions are closed, we will go out to look for partners for production/mix and a new record deal. Then we hope to play many concerts or a tour maybe in the interlude of a bigger act. We’ll see ...
